"Türkiye and Azerbaijan are sincere in the normalization of relations with Armenia," Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Mevlut Cavusoglu who is on a visit to the US said, SİA reports citing Anadolu Agency.
"I can also easily say on behalf of brotherly and dear Azerbaijan. Türkiye and Azerbaijan are sincere in the issue of normalization," said the FM.
The Minister pointed out that the legal foundations of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) were strengthened at the Samarkand Summit.
