Workers across UK, Spain and US continue strikes

Great Britain has become the scene of workers' strikes in different sectors every day.

According to foreign press, the country is on strike wave due to rising energy costs and rising inflation, SIA reports.

Railway workers and bus drivers have announced a strike again. It has been announced that on February 1, approximately 100,000 government employees will go on strike.

State employees demand an increase in wages and improvement of working conditions.

In Madrid, the capital of Spain, the family and emergency doctors, who took a break from their indefinite strike on November 21 due to the non-fulfillment of demands for salary increase, improvement of working conditions and recruitment of staff, announced a strike from today.

The doctors of the autonomous administrations of Catalonia, Valencia, Extremadura, Andalusia, Navarre and Aragon have announced that they have decided to go on strike in January.

Nurses' strike is also held in New York City, USA. More than 7,000 nurses and medical staff at two major health care facilities walked off the job the previous day.

On the third day of the holiday, a protest action was held. Health officials are demanding a solution to hospital staffing shortages and improved salaries.
