Kremlin responds to Pashinyan: Azerbaijan's consent is needed in order for UN peacekeepers to be sent to Karabakh
A UN peacekeeping mission can be sent to Karabakh with the consent of both sides of the conflict, said Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov, SİA reports.
He said that the issue of sending UN peacekeepers to Karabakh was on the agenda several times: "However, any mission can be sent only with the consent of both sides of the conflict," the Kremlin spokeseman stressed.
