Ukrainian law enforcement officers Thursday detained two Russian agents in Slavyansk, SIA refers to Russian media.
A man and a woman collected the coordinates of the location of the equipment and units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and then transmitted them to the Russian side.
"The preliminary investigation established that in July 2022, two citizens collected information about the location of military personnel and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the city of Slavyansk," the officials said.
The man specified the information and the coordinates on the ground, and the woman sent the information to the phone of the Russian mobile operator using programs and a messenger app, the press center of the General Prosecutor's Office reported.
Indictments on the facts of spreading information about the location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Part 3 of Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) have been sent to the court.
Currently, Russian agents are said to be in prison awaiting their sentences.
