UK extends sanctions against Russia

The UK authorities expanded sanctions against Russia by 22 new positions on Wednesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom announced, SIA reports.

The list, in particular, includes Deputy Prime Minister, head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, director of the Federal Penitentiary Service Arkady Gostev, head of the CEC of the Russian Federation Ella Pamfilova. In addition, the military commissars of the regions of the Russian Federation were included in the British sanctions lists.

To date, the London sanctions have affected more than 1.2 thousand individuals and 120 legal entities.
