The ministry congratulated the people of Azerbaijan on November 17 - National Revival Day in a Twitter post.
"The National Revival Day, initiated by the brotherly people of Azerbaijan 34 years ago, became the turning point of the independence movement.
We congratulate our Azerbaijani Turkish brothers on November 17 - National Revival Day. With the principle of 'One nation, two states,' we will always continue to be one and equal with our brothers," the Defense Ministry tweeted.
