The Azerbaijani women's volleyball team left for Mingachevir today for the next stage of preparations for the Islamic Solidarity Games and the qualifying round of the European Championship.
SIA reports quoting the Azerbaijan Volleyball Federation that, the team's training camp will continue at the Kura Olympic Training and Sports Center. Under the leadership of head coach Eldar Yusubov, assistants Vugar Aliyev and Emin Abilov, the training will end on July 5. 15 volleyball players will take part in the trainings in Mingachevir.
The national team will compete with the national teams of Slovenia, Georgia and Austria in Group D in the qualifying matches of EURO-2023. The opponents of our team in the V Islamic Solidarity Games are still unknown.
