Number of Azerbaijan's population disclosed

The number of the Azerbaijani population has been announced.

SİA informs, citing the State Statistical Committee, that the population has risen by 42,274, or 0.4%, since early 2022 and reached 10,198,640 as of September 1, 2022.

Some 52.9% of the population are urban residents, while 47.1% are rural residents.
