The weather is expected to be partially cloudy and mainly rainless in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula on August 9, SİA informs, citing the National Hydrometeorological Service of Azerbaijan.
However, some places expect intermittent rain at night and in the morning. A mild northwest wind will blow.
The temperature on the Absheron peninsula will be +22-+25 C at night and +30-+34 C in the daytime. In Baku, the temperature will be +22-+24 C at night and +30-+32 C in the daytime. The atmospheric pressure will reach 760 mm Hg. Relative humidity will be 65-75%.
The moderate northwest wind will blow on the Absheron beaches.
The sea water temperature will be +24–+25°C on the northern beaches (Sumgayit, Novkhani, Pirshaghi, Nardaran, Bilgah, Zagulba), and +25–+26°C on the southern beaches (Turkan, Hovsan, Sahil, Shikh).
On August 9, it will be primarily rainless in the districts of Azerbaijan. However, intermittent showers and lightning are possible in some districts. The east wind will occasionally intensify.
The temperature will be +19-+24 C at night and +31-+36 C in the daytime.
In the highlands, it will be +10-+15 C at night and +18-+23 C in the daytime.
