"Currently, there are more than 34,000 drug addicts in Azerbaijan," said Gunay Mammadova, senior adviser to the Baku City Probation Department of the Ministry of Justice.
She said that this figure is based on the statistics of the Republican Narcology Center: "556 of them are women and 7 are minors."
