On June 13, 2022, Chairman of the State Agency for Citizen Services and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ulvi Mehdiyev met with a delegation led by Ali Taha Koç, Head of the Digital Transformation Office of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Turkiye.
According to the info given by the press service of the organization to SIA, the meeting was held at the Baku ASAN Service Center No.7, which was attended by President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of the Republic of Turkiye Recep Tayyip Erdogan in its opening ceremony. The chairman of the State Agency acquainted the guests with the activities of the ASAN Service Center and Bilim Baku, as well as the INNOLAND Incubation and Acceleration Center.
It was noted that service centers will be established in the Republic of Turkiye based on the experience of ASAN. Discussions were also held on the implementation of new projects through the metaverse.
The meeting also discussed the work carried out and planned projects within the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the State Agency and the Digital Transformation Office of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Turkiye on February 25, 2020 in Baku.
At the end, mutual souvenirs were presented.
