According to him, it is planned to establish a new branch of the DOST Agency in Shusha by the end of this year: "At the same time, a regional DOST center will be established in Barda by the end of this year. The next branch of the DOST Agency will be opened in Baku in the next few months. Naturally, our volunteers will also take part in these branches. This means that by the end of this year, at least a few thousand of our volunteers will benefit from these programs."
