An information campaign has been launched to hold the 5th Congress of World Azerbaijanis in Shusha, the cultural capital of our country.
According to the State Committee on Work with Diaspora, billboards have already been placed on the roads in Baku and Shusha to mark the start of the congress.
The boards contain brief information and slogans about the fifth Congress against the background of an image of Shusha.
