The Egypt-Azerbaijan Friendship Society has hosted an iftar dinner on the occasion of the holy month Ramadan.
The dinner was organized by Representative of the Azerbaijan National Confederation of Entrepreneurs in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Sudan Jeyhun Khalilov.
Members of the Egyptian community, students from different countries who are taking community courses, representatives of diaspora, as well as journalists attended iftar dinner.
Chairman of the Egypt-Azerbaijan Friendship Society, researcher Seymur Nasirov highlighted common Ramadan traditions, historical ties, toponyms and Islamic values shared by the peoples of Azerbaijan and Egypt.
