The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the "Rules of admission to international passenger and cargo transportation by road."
According to the decision signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov, the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
- To approve "Rules of admission to the international passenger and cargo transportations by road" it (is applied).
- Amendments to this Decision may be made in accordance with paragraph 2.6-1 of the “Regulations on the procedure for preparation and adoption of normative legal acts of executive authorities” approved by the Decree No. 772 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated August 24, 2002.
- This Decision shall enter into force 1 (one) year after its publication.
