Azercell Telecom, whichcelebratedthe 25th anniversary of itsactivity, fromthefirstyears of itsexistence, hasformed a largecharityteam"Azercell Volunteers",consisting of Azercell employees.Thisyear, as inpreviousyears, “Azercell Volunteers”havelaunchedanothercharityinitiativeforchildren on the occasion of the Solidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis and the New Year. As part of thecampaign "Meet the New Year with giftsfromvolunteers", theyvisitedthefamilies of martyrs and veterans of the Second Patriotic War, as well as low-incomefamilies, and broughtjoy by presenting holiday gifts to their children.
Thecampaignwasannounced in advance on social network accounts of “Azercell Volunteers”. Thecharityteam, withthesupport of partners and individuals who joined the initiative, preparedgiftsforchildrenfromvulnerablegroups during a month.
Thecampaign "MeettheNewYearwithgiftsfromvolunteers" coveredmanyregions of Azerbaijan. Volunteers visited the families of martyrs and veterans residing in Sumgayit, Khojasan, Khirdalan, Saray, also meeting with the children in Ganja, Barda, Fizuli, Oguz, Shamakhi, Lankaran, Shirvan, Sabirabad, Mingachevir, Gabala, Sheki, Goranboy, and Naftalan. In general, holidaygiftsweredistributedtoabout 200 childrenfromdifferent age groupson the occasion of theSolidarity Day of World Azerbaijanis and the New Year.
