According to him, the visit is planned in advance: "As you know, cooperation mechanisms in various fields have been established within the Turkish Council. One of them is cooperation in the field of media and information. Media and information ministers in Baku prepared an action plan for 2021-2022 in April this year. The Azerbaijani side initiated the visit within the media training program held in Istanbul a month earlier and was accepted. "
He said the purpose of the visit was to develop further relations with the media outlets of the Turkic Council member states and to see the atrocities committed by the Armenian aggressors in Karabakh through their eyes and to inform the public: "They witnessed the destruction in Fizuli, Jabrayil, and Shusha. We also plan to visit the area attacked by rockets during the war in Ganja and Aghdam."
