In order to receive unusable banknotes, their examination and exchange, as well as responding to inquiries and appeals related to cash, service offices have been organized in Azerbaijan Central Bank and its territorial offices (Nakhchivan AR Department, Ganja, Bilasuvar and Guba Regional Centers, Yevlakh Reserve Center), CBA told APA-Economics.
A new “Cash Office” has been established in the bank's administrative building at 27 Bulbul Avenue, Baku.
