The “FutureFem 2.0” project launched with the support of Azercell

The program will equip 100 female students with entrepreneurial and leadership skills

The “FutureFem 2.0 – Empowering Women’s Entrepreneurial and Innovation Potential” project has been launched with the support of Azercell. The initiative is among the winning projects selected through Azercell’s “Empowering Lives: Women’s Support Program” social project competition aimed at expanding women’s socio-economic opportunities.

The initiative is implemented by the “Bir Könüllü” Student Cooperation Public Union and focuses on strengthening female students’ theoretical and practical knowledge in entrepreneurship, innovation, and technology.

The three-month development program will run from March to May 2026 and involve 100 female students. It includes six stages, and eight training modules designed to build competencies in entrepreneurship fundamentals, financial literacy, marketing, innovative thinking, digital transformation, leadership, and effective communication. Participants will be divided into three groups and will attend two-week training modules covering each topic, with sessions delivered by industry experts.

The program will conclude with the “FutureFem Challenge,” where teams will present their innovative and entrepreneurial ideas to a panel of experts and jury members. The projects will be assessed in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The most promising teams will receive mentorship support and additional development opportunities.

The initiative is implemented with the support of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University.
