Azerbaijan will host its first-ever Future Professions Summit (GPS), organized by the State Employment Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population. The summit will take place in Nakhchivan under the slogan “Towards the Future,” SİA reports.
The event aims to discuss changes in the labor market, evolving skill requirements, and the impact of technology and innovation on the workforce, supporting participants in preparing for the future employment landscape. GPS will serve as a platform for employers, government bodies, educational institutions, and professionals to exchange ideas, identify and promote future skills, share emerging trends in the job market, strengthen partnerships, and provide professionals with more agile, innovative, and competitive career solutions.
The summit will feature two panel discussions, “Labor Market Transformation” and “Adapting to Change,” covering topics such as new approaches in education strategies, modern employment methods, anticipated innovations in future professions, adaptation strategies, and the challenges facing Nakhchivan in preparing for the future labor market.
Local and international career counselors, trainers, human resources specialists, entrepreneurs, education experts, representatives from public and private sectors, and development mentors will attend the event. Registration details will soon be shared on the State Employment Agency’s official website and social media pages. Additional information is available at www.geleceyinpesheleri.az.
