"More than 50 thousand people have already returned to Karabakh" - COMMENTED
"Within the framework of the Great Return, great work is being done in Karabakh - in Kalbajar, Lachin, Gubadli. Infrastructure projects are being implemented there, roads are being laid, large and modern tunnels are being built. At the same time, social and household facilities, factories are being built, schools, hospitals, and cultural centers are being built." These words were said by lawyer and politician Ali Mustafa in a statement to SIA.
According to the politician, settlements - villages and cities - are also being rebuilt from scratch: "20% of the country was destroyed by the Armenians and other forces that supported them. Now, almost everything is being built from scratch in those areas. Roads have also been destroyed, villages and cities have been destroyed. Water lines, power lines, gas pipes - all the infrastructure necessary for human life is being rebuilt and restored. Hydroelectric power plants are being built on rivers, roads are being laid to deliver electricity to those areas, buildings are being built. In short, everything that is needed for people to live comfortably is being built there.
It is true that the scale of the destruction is very large, there is still a lot of work to be done. It can be said that more than 50 thousand people have returned to the region with a population of more than 1 million people to date. But in all cases, the state is working with its capabilities and resources to improve the region, build settlements and return people to their homeland, their historical homeland. I think "...the work carried out by the Azerbaijani state on the restoration of Karabakh is very large-scale and, of course, necessary. These works must be carried out so that people can live there comfortably when they return."
