Another group of IDPs depart for Khidirli village of Aghdam

Another group of former internally displaced persons has been sent to the territories liberated from occupation as part of the Great Return program.

58 families (a total of 225 people) who had previously been temporarily residing in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings in various regions of Azerbaijan departed for the village of Khidirli village of the Aghdam district.

The returning residents expressed gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva for their care, as well as to the Azerbaijani army for liberating their native lands.

As of today, more than 50,000 people live in Karabakh and East Zangazur, including former internally displaced persons, employees of various state institutions, and specialists working in the restored sectors of healthcare, education, culture, tourism, industry, and energy.
