Pardon decree to be implemented today

The pardon decree for a number of convicts, signed by President Ilham Aliyev, will be implemented today.

The process will be organized in penitentiary institutions, in the Service for the Execution of Sentences and Probation.

The pardon applies to 218 individuals.
