President approves establishment of Khojaly Genocide Memorial Complex

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree approving the construction of the Khojaly Genocide Memorial Complex in Khojaly.

According to SİA, citing the presidential press service, the memorial will honor the memory of the victims of the Khojaly tragedy and contribute to the international recognition of the genocide against the Azerbaijani people.

The Ministry of Culture will receive 18.3 million manats from the state budget for the construction of the complex.
