President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev addressed the participants of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change at the Preliminary Conference of the Parties on Climate Change (Pre-Cop29) held in Baku, SİA reports.
President Ilham Aliyev's address was read by Mukhtar Babayev, the designated president of COP29.
