"I will use my right to vote in the elections to the Milli Majlis on September 1," Gamar Ismayilova, a 109-year-old voter, told Secki 2024 Independent Media Center.
Ismayilova, who is registered in Agjabadi electoral district No. 86, will vote in precinct No. 24. However, since her health condition does not allow him to go to the polling station, she will exercise her right to vote at home.
"In the presidential elections held on February 7, I applied to the polling station and they brought the portable ballot box home, and I voted. I will apply to the polling station to exercise my right to vote at home in these elections as well," she underscored.
