“There are 89 polling stations in Yardimli-Masalli Election District No. 75. Of which, 69 polling stations operate in Yardimli, and 20 in Masalli," Gabil Janaliyev, chairman of Yardimli-Masalli District Election Commission No. 75, told Secki 2024 Independent Media Center.
The chairman of the DEC said that seven of the 17 people who applied to the DEC have been registered their candidacies so far.
"Preparation for elections in polling stations is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the legislation. Within the boundaries of the constituency, the polling stations are technically ready and the electricity generators are operational.
According to the latest verified voter lists, 49,476 voters were registered in the constituency. The oldest registered voter is 111 years old. The number of young people who got the right to vote for the first time is 214," added the Chairman of the Central Election Commission.
