UNEC Successfully Completes Mini-MBA Certificate Program on Leadership for 13 Employees of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan
Within the framework of the cooperation memorandum signed between UNEC and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan Republic, the "Leadership" Mini-MBA certificate program for 13 employees of the ministry has been successfully completed.
The 6-month program organized by UNEC included training on leadership and management, team building and organizational behavior shaping mechanism, effective management methods of finance and human resources, as well as training on the establishment of an organizational culture integrated with the requirements of the modern era and digitalization.
The program was conducted by professional experts of UNEC who had qualified certificates in the international program "Soft Skills: Train the Trainer" in Israel.
Deputy Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Rauf Haciyev, and UNEC Vice-Rector Associate Professor Fariz Ahmadov congratulated the program graduates during the certificate presentation ceremony, expressing their confidence that the knowledge and skills they have acquired will play an important role in their future activities, and wished the graduates success.
After the speeches, certificates were presented to the ministry's employees.
