It might rain in the morning and evening hours. Northwest winds will blow.
The temperature will be +3 - +6 C at night and +6 - +9 C in the daytime. Atmospheric pressure will reach 771 mm Hg. Relative humidity will be 70-80%.
On March 13, it will be dry in most of the other districts of Azerbaijan. However, intermittent showers are possible in some eastern districts. Mild east winds will blow.
The temperature will be +2 - +6 C at night, +9 - +14 C in the daytime.
In the highlands, it will be -8 - -3 C at night, and -3 - +2 C in the daytime.
