Hearing testimony of victims, their legal representatives at Armenian criminal Vagif Khachatryan's trial ends
Another court hearing of the criminal case against Vagif Cherkezovich Khachatryan, one of the members of the illegal Armenian armed formations, which committed a massacre in the village of Meshali of Azerbaijan’s Khojaly district on December 22, 1991, was continued in Baku, SİA reports.
Chaired by judge of the Baku Military Court Zeynal Aghayev, the process heard testimonies of the victims.
In the process, the testimonies by the victims Ali Mehraliyev and Sadagat Ismayilova, who appealed to the court by telegram, were announced.
The hearing testimonies of the victims and the legal representatives of the victims in the criminal case ended.
An employee of Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) who is currently serving in Jabrayil could not testify in the trial.
The process will continue on November 6.
