On the night and morning of August 19, mainly in the northern and eastern regions, and from the day of August 19 to the day of the 20th, intermittent rain and lightning are expected in some regions, the National Hydrometeorology Service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources told SIA.
According to the Service, there is a possibility that the precipitation will be torrential, hail will fall, mainly in some parts of the Guba-Gusar, Balaken-Sheki, Nagorno-Shirvan zones, the precipitation will be intense and strong.
The east wind will blow, with 15-18 meters per second speed , and on August 19, it will occasionally increase to 20-25 meters in some places.
It is predicted that water level in rivers will increase, short-term floods will pass from some mountain rivers.
