Under the Order signed by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, a group of servicemen of the State Border Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan was awarded, SİA reports.
The servicemen of State Border Service of Azerbaijan were awarded for ensuring the protection of the state border of the Republic of Azerbaijan, protecting and maintaining the territorial integrity of the country and for distinction while performing the assignments given to border security agencies with "Azerbaijani Flag", 2nd and 3rd-degree "Rashadat", 2nd and 3rd degree "For service to the Fatherland" Orders and “For the Fatherland”, “For Heroism” and “For Military Services” medals.
