Afgan Jalilov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Azərpoçt" LLC, has appealed to the citizens regarding cashless transactions in post offices, SIA refers to the press service of the LLC.
The appeal reads:
"Azərpoçt LLC has been doing some work on renewal, transparency and development for 2 years. More than 700 post offices have already been provided with POS-terminals in order to support cashless operations in the country, especially to ensure financial transparency during postal operations at Azərpoçt.
This figure for the country includes all post offices located in Baku city, and central and city-type offices in the regions. We would like to inform citizens about this once again and ask you to prefer non-cash transactions when using postal services in our departments.
This appeal aims to ensure financial transparency during the service process between customers and operatives in Azərpoçt, and to achieve this goal, the support of citizens is needed.
When you approach the branches, if you are not offered the POS-terminal service for one reason or another, we ask you to contact us through the provided mobile number and report your complaint".
