During another control measures carried out by the employees of the State Environmental Security Service, 3 people were caught illegally fishing in the waters of Pirallahi and Siyazan regions of the Caspian Sea.
During the investigation, the persons fishing were determined to be Jafar Askarov, Zahid Nabiyev, a resident of Pirallahi district, and Khayal Babayev, a resident of Siyazan district, the official of the service Khaliq Mirzayev told SIA. Their fishing tools, which were prohibited to be used, were taken from them.
Regarding the facts, a protocol was drawn up and legal measures were taken against the violators of the law.
According to the official of the service, 16 synthetic nets with a length of 1190 meters were removed from the waters of Pirallahi, Khachmaz, Siyazan regions of the Caspian Sea and Shamkir reservoir during the control measures.
