President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva signed the obituary in connection with the death of a well-known public figure, Member of the Parliament of the Republic of Azerbaijan Madar Aliasker Musayev, who died on July 14, 2023, at the age of 76, SIA reports.
