25 of pardoned people in Azerbaijan are women

"25 of those who were pardoned are women," it was reflected in the Order "On pardoning a number of convicts on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the National Leader of the Azerbaijani People Heydar Aliyev" signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on May 8, SİA reports.

One of them is a foreign citizen and 24 are Azerbaijani citizens.
