Azerbaijan reports decline in marriages, increase in divorces

The district registration bureaus of the Ministry of Justice registered 7,541 marriages and 3,014 divorces in January-February of this year.

SİA informs, citing the State Statistics Committee, that the number of marriages in every 1000 people has dropped from 5.9 to 4.6 compared and the number of divorces rose from 1.5 to 1.8.
