According to the report, Omer Yagubov, a 13-year-old speech-impaired and deaf resident of Sumgayit city, left his address in the morning on March 25 and never returned. His characteristics are as follows: 155 cm tall, a thin body, fair complexion, an elongated face, short chestnut brown hair, and brown eyes.
When he left the house, he was wearing a black fabric jacket, a black polo shirt, dark blue fabric pants, and dark blue sports shoes.
