Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci thanked those who laid wreaths in front of the Embassy in Azerbaijan on his Twitter account, SİA reports.
"Dear Azerbaijan, which shared our pain, expressed our condolences by saying 'We are with you', and turned our embassy into a flower garden!" reads the post.
