Azerbaijan amends Law 'On Administrative Proceedings'

The Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Administrative Proceedings" was amended, President Ilham Aliyev signed a law in this regard, SIA reports.

According to the amendment, Article 30.5 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Administrative Proceedings" is amended as follows:

"30.5. If the documents or information that must be attached to the application by the administrative body can be obtained from the relevant state body (institution) through the Electronic Government Information System, those documents or information are not required from the applicant. In cases where it is not possible to obtain such documents or information through the Electronic Government Information System, their submission is requested from the relevant state body (institution) with the consent of the applicant or is provided by the applicant. Those documents can be submitted in paper carrier or electronic document form in accordance with Article 32.4 of this Law."
