The group of 30 international travelers from 12 countries on Saturday visited the district of Fuzuli as part of their trip to Azerbaijan, and watched the demining operations in the village of Istikli.
According to SIA, the guests were informed about the work done in the mine-clearing area of the region. Later, they were shown samples of mines found and neutralized in the area.
Travelers also witnessed the detonation of a mine found in the Fuzuli area by detonation. British representative Jennifer Dvorak was given the opportunity to remotely detonate the mine. The representative was given this opportunity because she was celebrating her birthday today.
Travelers continue to visit the liberated areas.
