Conditions have been created for the vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to move again on the Khankandi-Lachin road passing through Shusha.
According to SİA, four passenger cars and one truck moved unimpededly through the road.
This shows once again that there are no restrictions on the movement of humanitarian vehicles.
The protest against the illegal exploitation of mineral deposits in the Karabakh economic region of Azerbaijan on the Khankandi-Lachin road has been going on for 34 days.
