By order of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan Sabina Aliyeva, employees of the Ombudsman's Northern Regional Center visited the families of martyrs of the Patriotic War Gurbanov Elvin son of Elmar, Agaguliyev Ilkin son of Sameddin and Mammadov Jalil son of Kahraman.
At the meetings, it was noted that the Ombudsman always pays special attention to the families of martyrs of the Patriotic War and war veterans, ensuring their rights, and was also informed about the activities carried out in this area.
