Azerbaijan's defense minister expresses condolences to Turkiye

The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov, expressed his condolences to the Minister of National Defense of the Republic of Turkiye, Mr. Hulusi Akar, SİA reports citing the Defense of Ministry.

"I was deeply saddened by the news that people were killed and injured as a result of the treacherous explosion committed in the center of Istanbul. Your pain is our pain as well," the post reads.

"I pray for mercy to those who died as a result of this tragedy, share the pain of their loved ones, and offer my deepest condolences to their families. I wish recovery to all the injured," the minister stated.
