A meeting between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, is planned to be held in Washington in the coming days, with the initiative and participation of United States Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.
According to SIA, Aykhan Hajizadeh, head of the Press Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said in a statement.
The Minister noted that the Azerbaijani side's approach to making a statement regarding the holding of such meetings is that, the first announcement should be made by the host country as a rule.
