Turkiye wants stability in the South Caucasus, Turkish Presidential Spokesman Ibrahim Kalin said.
According to SİA, Kalin reminded that Turkish and Armenian leaders talked on the phone in summer.
"Later the leaders met in Prague. There is progress in the normalization of relations. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan can fight the opposition forces inside the country. The sincerity and efforts of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev are obvious."
Kalin noted that the Armenian diaspora should also be cautious at this stage.
"They should take into account the fact that Armenia is the one that needs normalization of relations most," he said.
