The Council of Foreign Ministers of the European Union (EU) has adopted a decision on the creation of a civilian mission to be sent to Armenia, SİA informs, citing the official website.
It was reported that up to 40 EU monitoring experts will be deployed on the border.
The organization says this is another proof of the EU's full commitment to contribute to the higher goal of achieving sustainable peace in the South Caucasus.
