First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva shared a post on Instagram about her visit to Aghdam.

According to SIA, the post reads:

"On October 4, the foundation ceremony of the Equestrian Breeding Center was held in Eyvazkhanbeyli village of Aghdam region."

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and first lady Mehriban Aliyeva participated in the ceremony.
