Azerbaijan supports Pakistan's rightful position on the issue of Jammu and Kashmir and stands in solidarity with Pakistan, President Ilham Aliyev said at the meeting with the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif, in Samarkand, SİA informs.
Azerbaijan is a member of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Contact Group on Jammu and Kashmir.
President Ilham Aliyev noted that he highly appreciated Pakistan's support for Azerbaijan's initiatives as chair of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
