“Based on the procedures, I can say everything has been conducted in accordance with rules till now,” Polish representative, member of OSCE PA observation mission Dariusz Kajetan Rosati has told secki-2020.az.
He noted that all the polling stations had been equipped well. “All of the Chairmen of polling stations and other representatives are on their posts. We have already visited three polling stations and have not recorded any law violation or incident. I can say all is good so far,” Polish representative added.
